Trump threatens that the Democrats will eliminate the Filibuster Rule in the Senate and make Wild Changes like adding Puerto Rico as an official state

So, Trump wants to eliminate the Filibuster Rule as do the Democrats in order to supposedly stop the Democrats. Well, this begs the question now, if the Democrats can abuse the lack of Filibuster Rule, why would you want to eliminate it yourself? Some day, the Democrats will be in power, like it or not, and if Trump eliminates the Filibuster Rule now, well in the future, the Democrats won't have to eliminate it, because Trump will have done it for them and they'll ram the agenda through anyways. Makes no sense at all, yet this is Trump, a lying conman who has never seen an issue he doesn't want to demagogue. The funny thing, his demagoguery comes with ridiculous and stupid solutions, like giving the other side exactly what they want and you doing it for them. This is why we call Trump a Plant and Controlled Opposition. He's doing the work for the Democrats and making Conservatives and Republicans, who would other wise be against this garbage, actually go along with it. This is why he was picked and selected to be President by the Powers That Shouldn't Be for this very period of time.
