China sends grave warning to Israel about using nuclear weapons, Samson Option anyone?

Well, the Chinese are most definitely a Nuclear Power and they do have the power to wipe out Israel. Will Israel use the Samson Option? The Samson Option will be Israel basically taking the entire world down and launching nukes everywhere at everyone. Also, if China uses nukes on Israel, how will the American Government respond?
