Trump only will fund Argentina if Javier Milei wins his (S)election

In this clip, Trump makes it clear, he will only help Argentina with Javier Milei in office. So, it's NOT about the Argentinian People, it's about who is President for him. It's bad that he's taking Billions from the treasury of American and handing it over to Argentina, but it's even worse that it's now riding on who wins a (s)election over there. Is he just buying influence and buying off the Argentinian President, Milei, who like him, also makes an appearance at Davos in the World Economic Forum? It sure looks like it. He's handing them Billions under a Government Shut Down in October 2025. This is corruption and can one imagine what his base would say if Biden were handing Left Wing Politicians money like this in other countries before their (s)elections???
