Trump makes the False Promise of cutting the Income Tax nearly completely due to Tariff Revenue

If anyone buys into this promise, I have a bridge to sell you in China. We're going to save this one for the archives. I can assure you this will NOT age very well in the years to come. We're going to look back on promises like this and laugh at them and anyone who even tries to make this promise again will likely be met with such laughter. That's what Trump's role is though. He's there to make these fake promises so no one ever does it again, because they will NOT be taken seriously and they'll just point at the Trump Presidency and say, look, he promised it, he couldn't do it, so you can't do it either and if you could, no one will believe you will even try.
