Judge Andrew Napolitano calls Peter Hegseth's actions a War Crime for killing two people on a suspected drug boat 1,500 miles off the shore of the United States in the Caribbean

Judge Napolitano calls out Hegseth and the Trump Administration for their actions of striking a suspected drug boat that was 1,500 miles away from the United States in the Caribbean and states that they had no right to do what they did under the laws of this Republic. The order came from Hegseth to kill everybody during the strike on the boat, including the survivors when there was absolutely no legal basis to do it, in fact, the law actually required them to be rescued instead. Will they be charged with war crimes? Doubtful.
